توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع «رد ذكي» (Radd AI) ومِحور لابز (Mihwar Labs) البيانات الشخصية ويستخدمها ويحميها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL). المسؤول عن البيانات: أيوب طارش سيف أحمد، مالك «رد ذكي» ومِحور لابز. للتواصل: [email protected].
البيانات التي نجمعها
- ما تكتبه في المحادثة مع المساعد الذكي على الموقع أو في بوت تلجرام https://t.me/raddzaki_bot (ومعه اسمك ومعرّفك في تلجرام).
- بيانات التواصل التي ترسلها لنا بنفسك: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم نشاطك التجاري.
- بيانات الطلبات والحجوزات في المواقع التجريبية ومواقع عملائنا (الاسم، الجوال، العنوان، محتوى الطلب).
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP (لتحديد عدد الرسائل ومنع الإساءة) وسجلات الخادم لدى مزوّد الاستضافة، وإحصاءات زيارات مجهولة بدون ملفات تعريف (Cookies)، وتفضيل الوضع الليلي في متصفحك.
لماذا نجمعها
- الرد على أسئلتك وتجهيز عرض السعر والخدمة التي تطلبها.
- تنفيذ الطلبات والحجوزات وتشغيل مواقع عملائنا.
- حماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين جودة الردود.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجّهة. وإذا راسلناك تسويقياً تقدر توقف ذلك في أي وقت بالرد بكلمة «إلغاء».
مدة الاحتفاظ
- محادثات المساعد الذكي وبوت تلجرام: حتى 90 يوماً ثم تُحذف.
- بيانات التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين: طوال فترة تواصلنا، وتُحذف بعد 12 شهراً من آخر تواصل أو فور طلبك.
- بيانات الطلبات في مواقع عملائنا: للمدة اللازمة للطلب ولسجلات العميل المحاسبية. الطلبات التجريبية تُحذف دورياً.
- إيصالات الدفع وبيانات الفواتير: للمدة التي تتطلبها السجلات المالية فقط.
- السجلات التقنية: لفترة قصيرة حسب مزوّد الاستضافة.
المعالجة ونقل البيانات خارج المملكة
معالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي خارج المملكة: ردود المساعد الذكي يكتبها نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي من مزوّد خارجي (مثل Google أو OpenAI)، فيُرسل نص المحادثة إلى خوادمهم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية (غالباً في الولايات المتحدة أو أوروبا) لتوليد الرد فقط. لا نرسل رقم جوالك أو بريدك إلا إذا كتبته أنت داخل المحادثة. رجاءً لا تكتب في المحادثة بيانات حساسة (رقم الهوية، معلومات صحية، أرقام بطاقات). مزوّدو الخدمة الآخرون: Cloudflare (الاستضافة والبريد)، تلجرام، وخدمة إرسال البريد الإلكتروني — وكلهم خارج المملكة. باستخدامك للمحادثة توافق على هذا النقل، وتقدر تسحب موافقتك بالتوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف بياناتك.
احذف بياناتي
أرسل بريداً إلى [email protected] بعنوان «احذف بياناتي»، واذكر رقم الجوال أو البريد أو معرّف تلجرام الذي استخدمته. ننفّذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام ونرسل لك تأكيد الحذف. وبنفس الطريقة تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
حقوقك
حقوقك: معرفة البيانات التي لدينا، والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك. وإذا لم نردّ عليك، يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) sdaia.gov.sa.
أمن البيانات والتسرّب
نحمي البيانات باتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وصلاحيات وصول محدودة. وفي حال حدوث تسرّب للبيانات، نبلّغ سدايا خلال 72 ساعة من علمنا به، ونبلّغ المتأثرين دون تأخير مع ما يجب عليهم فعله.
تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه عند أي تعديل.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Radd Zaki (Radd AI) and Mihwar Labs collect, use and protect personal data, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data controller: Ayoub Taresh Saif Ahmed, owner of Radd Zaki and Mihwar Labs. Contact: [email protected].
Data we collect
- What you type in the chat with our AI assistant on the site or in our Telegram bot https://t.me/raddzaki_bot (plus your Telegram name and username).
- Contact details you send us yourself: name, mobile number, email, business name.
- Order and booking details on demo sites and our clients’ sites (name, mobile, address, order contents).
- Technical data: IP address (to rate-limit and prevent abuse), server logs at our hosting provider, anonymous cookie-free visit statistics, and your dark-mode preference stored in your browser.
Why we collect it
- To answer your questions and prepare the quote or service you ask for.
- To process orders and bookings and run our clients’ sites.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and improve reply quality.
- We do not sell your data or use it for targeted ads. If we email you about our services, you can stop it any time by replying “إلغاء” (unsubscribe).
How long we keep it
- AI assistant and Telegram bot conversations: up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Prospective-client contact details: for as long as we are in touch; deleted 12 months after last contact or as soon as you ask.
- Order data on clients’ sites: as long as needed for the order and the client’s accounting records. Demo orders are wiped regularly.
- Payment receipts and invoice data: only as long as financial records require.
- Technical logs: briefly, per our hosting provider.
Processing and transfers outside the Kingdom
AI processing outside the Kingdom: the assistant’s replies are written by an AI model from an outside provider (such as Google or OpenAI), so the chat text is sent to their servers outside Saudi Arabia (usually the USA or Europe) only to generate the reply. We do not send your phone number or email unless you type it into the chat. Please do not type sensitive data (ID numbers, health details, card numbers). Other service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and email), Telegram, and our email-sending service — all outside the Kingdom. By using the chat you consent to this transfer; you can withdraw consent by stopping use and asking us to delete your data.
Delete my data
Email [email protected] with the subject “احذف بياناتي” (delete my data) and tell us the mobile number, email or Telegram username you used. We act within 7 days and confirm the deletion to you. You can ask for a copy or a correction of your data the same way.
Your rights
Your rights: to know what data we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and withdraw consent. If we do not respond, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.
Security and breaches
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. If a data breach happens, we notify SDAIA within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and inform affected people without delay, with what they should do.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
